Our client is a high-performing organisation employing a science-based approach to invest in climate solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with thought leaders and subject matter experts who are committed to ensuring that their capital has maximum impact.

The role:

As the People Ops Lead, reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing solutions which will enable the organisation to offer a high-touch employee experience as they continue to grow.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is very comfortable working within a highly ambiguous environment and deeply passionate about contributing to a sustainable future.

*Our client would be looking for someone to be in the office 3 days a week. Their office is based by Liverpool St station.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization’s values and goals.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
  • Manage employee relations and address concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support on the implantation of a new HRIS

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive positive change and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Passion for the organization’s mission and values.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling business is preferred
