Introduction
Our client is in scale-up mode and are seeking a passionate People Partner to work closely with leadership teams within the Tech, Commercial and Operations client groups, whilst playing a pivotal role within the wider People team. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this role will also see the People Partner contributing to strategic initiatives across performance and reward.

What you'll be doing
- Working closely with the Head of People and People Advisors in partnering with your client groups, providing them with strategic HR advice and expertise
- Identify and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives
- Review and refine company policies, ensuring they are fit for purpose as the business continues to scale
- Working closely with the L&D and Talent Acquisition team, in partnership with your stakeholders, to understand and advise on Talent Acquisition, Development, and retention strategies
- Be the go-to person for your client groups, and wider People Team, as a subject matter expert
- Contribute to employee experience initiatives, with a view to ensuring the company is an employee of choice
Experience Required
- Generalist HRBP from a similar sized/scaling tech organisation
- Experienced in fast-paced environment, leading client groups through periods of change
- Analytical approach to interpreting people data and making data driven decisions
- Solid relationship builder with Leadership client groups and their direct reports
On Offer
- Salary £55,000-60,000
