A global Tech company, that are known for creating iconic gaming products, are looking for a Senior People Experience Partner (Head of HR BP level) to join their ambitious People team. As an enthusiastic Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for designing their People partnering strategy whilst building out a high performing people partnering team.
You can expect to;
Use your impeccable partnership and stakeholder skills to identify and grow the people experience program
Develop a strong understanding of the business and user your business partnering experience to help the business define, prioritise and execute and effective people agenda.
Be a trusted partner and coach to your client group and other stakeholders across the organisation.
Manage the delivery of all people activity cycles (i.e. growth maps, learning initiatives, etc.)
Lead the continuous development and alignment of effectiveness within the People Partner team
Lead a team of People Partners, supporting them with their personal development.
Develop an effective people partnering strategy for an early-stage start-up who are currently going through a hyper-growth phase
Manage a team of two which will continue to grow over the next 12-18 months
Ideally, you will have;
A burning desire to innovate and think creatively to ensure that it’s the best place to work.
Strong people partnering experience with senior stakeholders and play a key role in managing business/strategic change.
Experience in developing a high performing people partnering team
