Salary Range:

£60 000 – £65 000
A multinational Technology Consulting business based in Central London are seeking their first ever Learning & Development Manager, reporting in to the HR Director.

About the role:

This is a greenfield opportunity for an accomplished Learning & Development Manager to launch a function encompassing sales, soft-skills and leadership development.

The successful candidate will run a comprehensive learning needs analysis, before designing and delivering bespoke training across their UK business.

Working closely with the Sales Director, the business are looking to overhaul their sales organisation through high-quality training and coaching.

This role requires occasional travel to Slough and remote working is also available.

About you:

The successful candidate will:

  • Have recent in-house L&D experience within a small-to-medium sized business
  • Will have experience designing and delivery sales training material within a highly commercial organisation
  • Will be comfortable operating as a stand-alone L&D Specialist within a wider HR team
  • Will have experience independently designing and running leadership development learning modules
  • Will be comfortable with weekly travel to Slough (once normality resumes)
  • Will show a strategic, holistic approach to developing and fostering a learning culture
