This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join a mission-driven business helping to elevate the developing world and drive global equality.
Backed by one of the most respected names in the global Technology sector, and with 500% sales volume growth in the last 6 months, it’s safe to say that this disruptor are set for big things! Their beautifully built product has been launched by serial entrepreneurs intent on leaving lasting impact.
A diverse and remote team of c200 ppl, they will be closer to 300 heads by the end of this year and the time has arisen to hire their first Director of Talent Acquisition.
This role will report in to the Head of People and will manage a team of 5 Talent Partners, assuming responsibility for the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition as they accelerate their growth plans.

Key Skills:

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of highly effective recruiters across different geographies and business verticals
  • Work with function heads to help them refine their hiring needs
  • Engage in direct sourcing through multiple channels
  • Help architect the recruitment process across multiple roles ensuring the best candidate experience
  • Consistently track metrics/KPIs across the hiring cycle
  • Help boost our employer branding efforts, thinking creatively on how best to do so
  • Coach interviewers on how to improve their interviewing skills

About you:

  • Requirements
    • Previous management of a talent team within a Technology business is required
    • Experience recruiting across different geographies and business verticals; bonus points for emerging markets
    • Experience recruiting and closing A-level talent
    • Experience setting recruiting processes and metrics
    • Previous work in high-growth start-ups strongly preferred
    • Excellent communicator who is able to influence, build strong relationships, prioritise and manage expectations effectively
