Salary Range:

up to £100,000 + shares
A growing Tech company, that have recently expanded globally and achieved B-Corp status, are looking for a Head of People to assist them transition their HR operations from a start-up to a multinational brand.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with an ambitious Chief People Officer, develop processes in line with this exciting time of growth and play a pivotal role in creatively addressing problems that will change the company’s future.

This scale-up is People-centric and will see you responsible for:

  • Developing a leading People strategy and be the driving force for cultural initiatives
  • Building out People operations in every new country they launch in
  • Coaching senior leadership and establishing a high-performance culture
  • Managing employee experience and the employer brand, to make this tech company a go-to name for Top Talent
  • Ensuring the company leads by example for the industry in regards to D&I
  • Leading on People projects across the business and making sure every action reflects the company’s long term vision

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong People leadership experience working in high-growth, international scale-ups (400+ employees), ideally spanning across the People function including Talent, Org Design/Development and Comp & Bens
  • Unparalleled problem-solving ability and communication skills, you are a natural leader and can communicate solutions effectively to those at all levels of a business
  • Commercial awareness, even better if you’ve worked within a product-led tech company!
  • A true passion for diversity and inclusion, you aren’t afraid of tackling difficult conversations head-on
  • Experience of designing and delivering a successful performance management programme
