A cutting edge Healthtech start-up is looking for a tech-savvy HR Coordinator to join their People team.
Reporting into the Head of People, you’ll play an integral part in general HR administration, systems-related projects, and the maintenance of an internal HR helpdesk system.

What you’ll get up to:

  • Managing all HR admin tasks including payroll, contracts and HRIS system.
  • Coordinating all new starters, leavers and onboarding processes.
  • Providing support with policy updates, investigations and disciplinaries.
  • Creating reports and analysing all HR data.
  • Assisting with various projects across the People function.

You will:

  • Be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail.
  • Have at least one year’s HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced, mid-sized environment
  • Have excellent knowledge of Excel and are comfortable using pivot tables and functions such as VLOOKUP.
  • Have previous experience of HR and Payroll systems.
