A highly successful digital transformation agency, based in a cool East London office is looking for a detailed orientated HR Data Administrator, with a keen interest in data, to join their People & Culture team.
This is a newly created role, due to company growth, and will see you support an ambitious Head of People in developing the HR function through data insights.
What you can expect to get up to:
Managing all things data related, from systems to dashboard reporting
Developing employee experience through analytics
Ensuring the company is GDPR compliant
Supporting with general HR administration for their diverse client group of ~120
Assisting with exciting projects such as advocating women in tech and wellbeing initiatives
Mentoring an existing HR apprentice
You have 4 years experience within data or analytics, ideally within an HR function
You are analytically minded and data-savvy
You’re naturally hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You are CIPD qualified
