A global tech company, that was named one of the top tech start-ups of 2017, are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner on a maternity cover to support their latest growth through Europe.
Our client is a global leader within the cybersecurity space. The company is trusted by the world’s leading organizations, including more than 50% of the Fortune 100, to protect against external attackers and malicious insiders.
In this role, you will be proactively partner with the EMEA business and its employees to secure their growth. You will primarily act as a trusted expert for non-sales functions in EMEA managers and employees, on all issues related to human resources.
Assess and identify HR-related needs and partner with the EMEA business to achieve its goals
Proactively implement day to day HR processes (i.e performance review, talent mapping, career development).
Operate all employees’ life cycle events, including promotions and salary changes in EMEA.
Build routines and operating framework to stay close to the relevant EMEA business units.
Assess ongoing org & people implications and implement the needed HR approaches and actions
Help to identify training needs and create professional development programs
Partner with the business managers to drive employees’ engagement.
At least 2 year of work experience as a Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner
