This pan-European business are open to the People Experience & Development Lead being based anywhere in Europe, but London is perhaps the preference given how the London team is likely to grow and evolve.
Reporting in to the Head of People Experience, you would rapidly grow a team and assume responsibility for optimising the employee experience and learning journey for this ambitious scale-up.
Having grown from 30 to 400 employees in the last 12 months, our client plan to reach 1 000 to 1 500 employees by the end of 2022. They offer a remote-first working style.
About the role:
Design with your Manager the most innovative Employee Journey for their people, from the moment they hear about the brand until they become alumni and still ambassadors of the Company. Their People Journey and Experience does not suffer any boundaries and should not stop at the door of their office.
Define with your team, peers and partners the Experience programs and initiatives that embodies your strategy, and ensure their implementation and success
Define initiatives to give the maximum level of flexibility and agility to their people, supporting the success of hybrid ways of working, and pushing the traditional boundaries of the work environment, fostering personal fulfilment and growth.
Always look for innovations, inspirations, research and data sets to constantly test, imagine new ways, open new territories and provide the best People Experience
Define programs and plans to share their Experience and Development practices outside the business to nourish our communities.
Design with your Managers the global strategy to make this scale-up the best playground for development and ensure their people keep growing and learning
Define the development architecture and systems that will allow them to deliver their development strategy, and that will ensure the success and engagement of their People today, the most efficient and healthy collaboration among teams and will shape their organisation for tomorrow
Lead the close collaboration between your team and the People Partners to define specific plans and actions to answer and anticipate the needs, ambitions of the organisation and of the people
Lead the design, development and implementation of innovative programs, tools and technologies to deploy their plans, always looking for the most engaging, powerful and innovative formats, leveraging internal partners and external providers and solutions
Always look for innovations, inspirations, research and data sets to constantly test, imagine new ways, open new territories and provide the best Development Experience
You will help establish and maintain strong reporting and measurement practices across all Development initiatives to determine further investment
You will have deep experience in designing and implementing learning & talent development initiatives within a high-performing, innovative business
Your experience will be broader than pure L&D and will span across optimising the careers and employee experience; this could include talent management and employee engagement
