Our client is looking for a flexible, culture-centric and proactive HR Business Partner to join their growing team. Based in London, you will be responsible for solving complex organisational challenges with people-related solutions. You will work closely with managers and senior leaders to coach, challenge and support them as their business continues to evolve and scale. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿš€
This role will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, with an initial focus on partnering with their Product team as well as some or all of the following: Business Intelligence, Community Operations, Safety and Research.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and senior leaders in the Product team, as well as some or all of the following: Business Intelligence, Community Operations, Safety, Research
  • Work closely with the wider HR Business Partnering team in the UK and US to provide support across other functional teams and geographies, as required
  • Facilitate a learning and growth environment; share best practices, stay up to date with current organisational research and roll out centralised/localised learning & development initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to research and advice on salary benchmarking, pay bandings and other reward mechanisms
  • Provide pragmatic advice to line managers on the implementation of all people policies; collaborate with the HR Business Partnering team in London to design globally vs. locally relevant policies where appropriate.
  • Oversee performance management processes and initiatives; collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to design and implement new performance management workflows as part of our Workday rollout
  • Work with their DEI Centre of Excellence to drive local and global DEI plans

About you:

  • You have demonstrable, significant, experience in HR Business Partner and/or other relevant roles, in a progressive, high growth environment
  • You will have experience in Start-Up and Scaleup organisations (+ additional experience in a larger organisation would be a bonus); in particular they are seeking someone who is comfortable solving problems and delivering projects autonomously as part of a small HR team
  • You have experience working in technology companies, ideally in a B2C environment
  • You have experience working in global organisations, specifically across Europe ( plus ideally some experience with US / APAC / LATAM)
  • You have solid knowledge of UK employee relations processes and relevant employment legislation (additional experience or knowledge of other countries would be a bonus)
  • You have Thought leadership and wide knowledge of organisational culture and development topics
