✨ Design and source specialist skills training programmes, e.g. sales, negotiation skills, project management, IT training
✨ Design and deliver in-house blended training on soft skills or tactical business needs
✨ Helping to shape their D&I agenda with diversity dialogue speakers and internal
training.
✨ Supporting with talent calibration meetings and individual succession and development plans.
✨ Iterate their career framework for employees in keeping with the business org design
✨ Plan and deliver career development workshops
✨ Work with the People & Culture Director to support design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes
✨ Partner with external consultants/trainers to ensure all development interventions are tailored to meet business needs
💥 Proven track record of delivering strategic leadership development courses – dynamic and able to think out of the box.
💥 Understanding of training solutions for multiple disciplines (engineering, sales, product, design, strategy etc).
💥 Ability to apply knowledge of learning styles/preferences
💥 Experience working within a high-performance, fast-paced environment
💥 Comfortable partnering and influencing Senior Leaders within a business
