£50 000 – £60 000
A high-growth Consumer Technology Start-up based in London are seeking an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join their expanding team.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will report in to the Head of Talent and will assume responsibility for non-technical hires, across operations, marketing and customer success.

About the role:

  • Utilising direct sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, referrals and job adverts to source high-calibre individuals who are suited to a scaling tech business
  • Providing an excellent candidate experience to ensure interviewees turn in to fans of the brand
  • Supporting the companies diversity & inclusion agenda by deploying techniques to offset unconscious bias and promote diversity of thought within the business
  • Managing internal stakeholder relationships with hiring managers
  • Supporting on project work within employer branding

About you:

  • You will have experience recruiting in to online/digital environments ideally within an in-house recruitment role (agency recruiters will also be considered)
  • You will be available to start immediately after job offer
  • You will have strong communication skills and be high in empathy
  • You will have a strong track record in direct headhunting
