A high-growth, award-winning, multinational FinTech based in Shoreditch, London, are seeking a Talent Partner to join their expanding People & Talent team.
The Talent Partner will run non-technical hiring across UK, Europe and US.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious recruiter who is looking to take their next big career step and support our huge growth trajectory. This is a brand new role that will report directly to the Senior Talent Partner and will be working closely with senior leaders across the company including the Head of People and the CEO.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, be responsible for the end to end recruitment process and think creatively about how they hire talent.
You will be completely embedded in the part of the business you’re recruiting for. You partner with senior leaders to know their priorities, pain points and favourite dog breed.
You will lead workforce planning conversations, supporting teams to understand their current and future hiring and capability needs. You will push them to understand the progression available for each role and the impact each hire will have for the business.
You will source the best talent and think creatively about where to find talent. LinkedIn is great, but where else is the best talent hiding?
You will obsess over the candidate experience and continuously think about how they can improve. They want you to think critically about your own recruitment process and help us to improve.
You care deeply about diversity and inclusion by educating hiring teams and reviewing our processes to ensure they are recruiting without bias and hiring the best talent.
Deputising for the Senior Talent Partner across the whole recruitment spectrum including regular updates to the CEO.

At least 2 years experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably within a fast paced, digital company.
Experience recruiting for a mix of roles across different functions
Involvement in scoping out recruitment processes and working with managers to develop workforce plans.
High levels of emotional intelligence and ability to work well with a wide range of people.
Creative and always looking for ways to improve how they recruit and improve the candidate experience.
