What can we resolve in an hour?

1 hour is a good amount of time to formalise a plan for most issues and, indeed, many can be resolved during the first call.

You may even find you have more time than you need, in which case, why not ask them about employee performance improvement, whether your staff handbook is missing anything important or anything else could help your business to succeed.

Some issues involving employees of 2+ years of service, collective consultation or TUPE may require a follow-up conversation.
